Key Responsibilities

• Organizing, managing, monitoring, and improving metal structure manufacturing processes;
• Executing new and ongoing projects;
• Supervising production/workshop personnel (assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring they are met);
• Analyzing production results and implementing improvements to increase process efficiency;
• Ensuring that production processes comply with quality standards and are completed according to established deadlines.

Requirements

• Have successful experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or Foreman in a metal processing/manufacturing company (required);
• Possess good computer literacy skills;
• Have strong organizational and time management abilities and can work effectively within a team;
• Hold a higher education degree or professional qualification in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field (considered an advantage).
